AP/AR Specialist

Summary: As a key member of the Accounting and Finance team, this position handles Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Vendor Management, Purchase Orders, Credit Card Statement reconciliation and bank reconciliation. Attention to detail and data entry skills are important requirements for this position. You will be interacting with employees and vendors daily, so it is imperative you are able to interact in a professional manner.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:
– Process incoming checks through Orchestrated Beer; take deposit to bank

– Manage collections for past due receivables

– Process credit memos for distributor dunnage returns

– Credit card/expense report data input and reconciliation currently with SAP Concur, transitioning to Paycom in 2022

– Work with all departments to create purchase orders; follow through to AP processing and payment in a timely manner

– Communicate with vendors to resolve payment issues

– Process outgoing checks on a weekly basis

– Cash management and bank account reconciliation

– Receive all incoming mail for the brewery and ensure delivery to department/individual

Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:

– Assist with account reconciliation and journal entries for month, quarter, and year end close

– Help with bank transition 2022

– Create and maintain vendor and distributor files (annually)

– Process 1099 forms (annually)

– Special projects, as needed

Requirements/skills:

Accounting background is a plus, attention to detail, teamwork and collaboration skills, excellent communication skills, problem solving, critical thinking, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, proficient with Microsoft Office with solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Orchestrated Beer will be used to manage all accounts payable, accounts receivable and cash management functions.

Logistics Manager

Summary: As a key member of the organization, the Logistics Manager will oversee the entire supply chain purchasing and distribution process. They will manage the inventory of products stored within the warehouses located in Granbury and Arlington. This person will also collaborate closely with product suppliers to build strong working relationships.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Manage delivery of products inbound/outbound shipments
• Closely monitor the arrival of the shipments
• Meet with Operations managers on a regular basis to ensure smooth productivity levels and identify process improvements and efficiencies
• Manage monthly inventories at two locations
• Supervise two employees

Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Requirements/skills:

Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, operations management, supply chain management or similar degree areas. Two-year associate degree and work experience in the logistics field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, initiative-taking personality to identify issues before they arise, good working knowledge of the consumer goods industry, excellent critical thinking skills, time management and organization skills, more than 5 years working in food manufacturing environment, desired 5 years working within a brewery, SAP/OBEER experience a plus, advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills required.

Brewer Cellar - 3rd Shift

Revolver Brewing is looking for motivated and passionate individuals to join our brewing team. We are a production brewery, producing award winning brews in the Texas Countryside.

The person applying for this position will NEED to be:
1. Able to move 50 – 60 lbs kegs
2. Able to climb ladders and stairs.
3. Able to follow written instructions in English.
4. A proactive self-starter.
5. Able to work night shift (12am to 8 am).
6. Passionate about all things beer and brewing.
7. Live in the Granbury area or general vicinity.

The person applying for this position would be PREFERED if they have:
1. Some commercial brewing experience.
2. The equivalent of an associate’s degree or brewing training (Cicerone, Davis,
Siebel/Doemans, etc) Consideration given to candidates that have had experience in a dairy
handling liquid milk or soft drink bottling and blending operations. Sanitation and tank, line,
and equipment CIP experience is a plus.
More detail of the position will be supplied if requested.
Salary starting at $15 to $20 depending on experience and training.
Benefits package includes paid vacation, health, dental, and vision insurance, 401K with company match and paid holidays.

Packaging

Revolver Brewing is looking for a motivated individual to join our packaging team. The position is full time, M-F, with benefits.

The person applying for this position will need to be:

  • Able to move 40 – 50 lbs kegs
  • Able to climb ladders and stairs
  • Able to follow written instructions in English
  • Passionate about all things beer and brewing
  • Live in the Granbury area

Experience in the following areas are a plus: Commercial or home brewing knowledge; experience with dairy handling liquid milk, soft drink bottling, blending operations and equipment CIP.

 

Saturday Tour Staff

Before we can reopen, we need some help with our Saturday tours. If you love to smile for hours, are available Saturdays between 10:30AM – 6:30PM, love interacting with people, serving, and talking about great beer, this may be the perfect part-time weekend gig for you! 

Requirements include:
  • Must be 21+
  • TABC Certification required for pourers
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Able to stand for extended periods
  • Must abide by Covid guidelines, social distancing, and masks required
