Functions as a business partner with brewery and corporate financial management to effectively manage and control the local business. Leads and is responsible for all accounting, financial and procurement processes at the brewery to include: accounting, financial and operational reporting, internal controls/SOX compliance, cost analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, TTB and federal excise tax compliance, contract and supplier management, and the oversight of outsourced brewery financial functions. Is ultimately responsible for all elements of fiduciary soundness of the brewery. Controllership functions include assisting in developing and maintaining the brewery’s internal controls and accounting policies and procedures, operational and financial reporting and providing analysis, counsel, advice and recommendations to help brewery and top-level management make operating decisions to reduce costs, improve profits and return on investment, drive world-class practices aligned with Molson Coors Manufacturing Way and to achieve goals and plans. Develops local strategies and tactics in alignment with the brewery and integrated supply chain strategic plan.
Builds and develops a team of employees in the areas of technical and leadership development. Responsible for a multidisciplinary team of direct and indirect reports. Leads, mentors, and develops assigned team in Performance, Career, and Talent Management. Promotes and consults with leadership on strategies to create an inclusive and engaging environment.
Is responsible for adhering to all rules, regulations, policies, programs, and related Molson Coors Quality Management System including SQF, HACCP and GMP to ensure safety and quality of Molson Coors products.

Location: Denton, TX and/or Oklahoma City, OK
Revolver Brewing is seeking to add two new team members in Denton, TX and Oklahoma City to sell our great portfolio and support our distributor partners. We are looking for qualified candidates who are personable, honest, organized, craft-beer-loving, self-starter to manage and grow their respective territories.
This is a full-time position with benefits and earned vacation. Salary is commensurate with experience. Individual must live in Oklahoma City or the DFW area.
If you like working in a fast paced, competitive environment, have some sales experience, you may be a good fit.
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years’ direct experience with sales analysis

Revolver Brewing is looking for a motivated individual to join our third shift brewing team. The position is full time, M-F, with benefits.
The person applying for this position will need to be:
- Able to move 40 – 50 lbs kegs
- Able to climb ladders and stairs
- Able to follow written instructions in English
- Passionate about all things beer and brewing
- Live in the Granbury area
Experience in the following areas are a plus: Commercial or home brewing knowledge; experience with dairy handling liquid milk, soft drink bottling, blending operations and equipment CIP.
Saturday Tour Staff
Before we can reopen, we need some help with our Saturday tours. If you love to smile for hours, are available Saturdays between 10:30AM – 6:30PM, love interacting with people, serving, and talking about great beer, this may be the perfect part-time weekend gig for you!
- Must be 21+
- TABC Certification required for pourers
- Strong communication and people skills
- Able to stand for extended periods
- Must abide by Covid guidelines, social distancing, and masks required
