BLOOD & HONEY

American Wheat Ale – ABV: 7%  IBU: 20
An unfiltered deep golden ale made with malted two row barley and wheat. The brew is finished with Blood Orange zest, local Texas honey and other spices that bring special flavors to this unique beer.

IRONHEAD IPA

American IPA - AVB: 6.5%  IBU: 50
Persistently drinkable, this citrus-forward IPA is brewed with Apollo, Citra, Centennial, and Saphir hops. The Beer is pale, with enough malt body to support the hop and malt sweetness to bring a pleasant herbal finish. 

HIGH BRASS 

American Blonde Ale – ABV: 6%  IBU: 25
A smooth and drinkable blonde ale brewed with the palest pilsner malt and select caramel malts. The flavor is malty without being heavy. The beer is finished with Saphir hops from Germany.

REVOLVER BOCK

Traditional Bock - ABV: 6.5%  IBU: 28
Caramel and toffee notes bring a full and satisfying body to this classic style. Northern Brewer and Willamette hops balance the sweetness of the malt. 

SIDEWINDER

Southwest Pale Ale – ABV: 6%  IBU: 20
This extremely Pale Ale has a unique blend of regional flavors. It's brewed with agave nectar, citrus, maize, spices and finished with Citra hops.

DEATH RAY IPA (JANUARY 9, 2017 RELEASE)

American (NE-Style) IPA – ABV: 7.7%  IBU: 77
Intense and focused, this limited edition IPA is a 4-stream hop beam straight to the face. Apollo for bitter, Mandarina for citrus, Ella for spice and tropical fruit, and Saphir for floral notes.

YAM DANKEE IPA (OCTOBER 16, 2017 RELEASE)

Sweet Potato IPA - ABV: 7%  IBU: 80+
This IPA is brewed with 100 lb of dried sweet potatoes and dark Belgian candy sugar topped with a trifecta of fun hops: Ella from Australia, Waimea from New Zealand, and American Citra. Big fruity hops balanced with earthy sweet caramel body.

THE MANDARIN (FEBRUARY 2, 2017 RELEASE)

Asian Style Ale – ABV: 6%  IBU: 21
The Mandarin is a light ale brewed with traditional Asian ingredients. We started with red rice and a pound per barrel of dried goji berries in the mash for a bright cereal note and a savory fruitiness. We then add Mandarin hops to bring a tangerine and citrus note. The beer is finished with a dusting of traditional Chinese five spice and dry hopped with imported Golden Yunnan tea for a floral, spicy, elegant tea note.

FULL-TANG IPA (MAY 8, 2017 RELEASE)

Tangerine IPA – ABV: 7.2%  IBU: 50
A tangerine-fueled quest to find a stellar IPA led us to the four corners of the hop universe — Apollo, Mandarina, Citra and Saphir. Sensors detect floral and citrus notes.

REDSHIFT (AUGUST 7, 2017 RELEASE)

American Spiced Red Ale – ABV: 6.5%  IBU: 22
A red ale brewed with cinnamon, ginger, white pepper, and finished with rose and hibiscus. The beer is malty and floral with a subtle spiced finish.

MOTHER'S LITTLE FRACKER (NOVEMBER 13, 2017 RELEASE)

American Stout – ABV: 7.75%  IBU: 60
Dark and deep as West Texas Intermediate! We conditioned this big bodied stout in the keg. It's on the sweet side, with intense roasted character and a soft bitter finish from Summit and Challenger hops.

ANODYNE (MARCH 6, 2017 RELEASE)

Wheat Wine - ABV: 9%  IBU: 50
Brewed with two row pale malted barley, malted red wheat, and honey this wheat wine is pale, fruity, and deceptively drinkable. The strong ale is hopped with Nelson Sauvin from New Zealand and German Mandarina for an enhanced tangerine and grape aroma and flavor. After fermentation, the beer is aged on oak chips for a subtle vanilla finish.

MULLET CUTTER (SEPTEMBER 11, 2017 RELEASE)

English Style Double IPA - ABV: 9%  IBU: 80
Brewed with a ridiculous amount of Weyermann Abbey malt for a slight honey sweetness, this beer is finished with three kettle hops: Summit, East Kent Goldings and Brambling Cross and is dry hopped with Citra.

Rarewood Releases

FRACKER BARREL ONE (FEBRUARY 20, 2017 RELEASE)

Red Wine Barrel Aged Stout - ABV: 7.75%  IBU: 50 
We aged Mother's Little Fracker stout in French Oak Barrels that previously held Syrah red wine made by Granbury's Barking Rocks Winery. The beer was aged for over a year, then blended with its younger stout to create a balanced impression of chocolate, oak and fruit, with a dry finish.

SANGRE Y MIEL (MAY 15, 2017 RELEASE)

American Sour Ale - ABV: 7.75%   IBU: 20
Tart, lemony, and spicy, Sangre y Miel is Revolver Brewing's first sour beer. Aged for over a year in chardonnay barrels, Blood and Honey has been transformed into a rare, complex, and refreshing beer.

OUROBOROS (JULY 14, 2017 RELEASE)

Barrel Aged Southwest Sour Ale - ABV: 7%  IBU: 14
We aged our Southwest Pale Ale, Sidewinder, in Mexican tequila barrels for over a year. The process adds layers of oak, tequila, fruit, an aroma of citrus, and a tart lime finish.

BOURBON BARREL ANODYNE WHEAT WINE (DECEMBER 4, 2017 RELEASE)

Barrel Aged Strong Ale - ABV: 12.7%  IBU: 30
Originally brewed for us to enjoy at the Revolver Brewing Christmas Party, we've taken our GABF gold medal winning beer and aged it in Woodford Reserve barrels. Brewed with 2 row pale malted barley, malted red wheat, and honey, this wheat wine has been transformed by over 6 months in wood. Golden and deceptively drinkable, the wood and vanilla overtones mesh perfectly with the soft wheat and fruit notes of the original beer.
